Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended to ensure the charter date of your choice, as dates do book early.  

A $150.00 deposit is necessary to confirm reservations and must be received within 10 days after initial booking is made, or the day becomes available to the general public.

Safety is always first and foremost at Maine River and Sea Charters.  Cancellations are sometimes necessary due to inclement weather, rough seas and/or equipment difficulty, and are at the discretion of the captain.  In the event that the captain cancels, we can reschedule to a mutually agreeable date, or you can receive a prompt refund of your deposit.

In the event of a customer cancellation, a 7-day notice is required in order to receive a new booking date or your deposit fully refunded.  If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to booked charter date, you may lose you full deposit and be offered only a future booking date.
